We provide valuable programs and services for teens, adults, and seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Lives are changed every day through social programs that foster friendships, paid employment that matches their skills and interests, REACH and Catalyst Adult Day Programs, and mental health resources.
CEL is independently funded and partners with the community for donations, regular volunteers, advocacy, and collaborations that support people with IDD.
How can we support your goals?
Social interaction is at the heart of everything we do at the CEL. Join us for Bowling, Art, Ladies/Guys Night, Music, Socials, Events, Excursions, and more! Make new friends and have a great time!
Our two Adult Day Programs (REACH and Catalyst) are designed for adults who have completed high school and are looking for opportunities to keep learning, forge new friendships, grow more independent, and enjoy enriching experiences.
Employment is the pathway to independence! Wherever you are on your employment journey, let us help you along the way.
The Robert Vihon Family Resource Center will offer mental health and wellness support to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, their families, and caregivers.

At CEL, we believe that every person with an intellectual or developmental disability should have the opportunity to experience all of life’s possibilities!
The staff are the ultimate treasure of CEL – always kind, caring, intuitive and patient. They truly care about not only the struggles and unique issues of the members but are also so supportive to the families and guardians.
I like coming to CEL on Saturdays because we play games. I love when we play Apples to Apples, it’s my favorite.
I like working on goals with staff. They appreciate that I want to get better and stronger, and they help me
I like CEL because it’s accessible. I get to be with my friends and the staff make me feel happy and safe.

Thank you for making the 29th Annual CEL Golf Tournament a Success!
On a beautiful Monday morning, our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and board members showed up and helped raise nearly $400,000 to provide vital programs and services to our members. We appreciate all of our sponsors for their generous support of CEL, our golf committee, the team of volunteers from AIT, CEL staff, and many other volunteers who dedicated their time to support this outing.
CEL members are our #1 priority
We encourage and support their self-advocacy as they discover and achieve their desired path in life. We are an inclusive and welcoming organization. We place a high value on our families, community partners, donors, volunteers and all stakeholders as they work together to enrich the quality of life for our members.

CEL members loved the creativity on display from our CEL Golf Tournament foursomes. We printed out the a selection of fun photos and our members voted on their favorite. They loved the creativity on display and got a kick out of the effort each foursome put into their poses.
The competition was fierce, but our members chose Lenovo Group’s breakdancers and Climb Channel Solutions’ cart club as their favorite photos!
